(collecteively the "Company") for business consulting services.  The Company does not provide legal or tax advise.  We encourage you to seek proper legal and tax advice as appropriate.  You may cancel the engagement for a full refund less 5% processing charges, for any reason so long as it is 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled appointment.  You may reschedule the meeting without any penalty, so long as it is 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.  After that, we reserve the right to refund any fees at our discretion.  Additionally, we take your privacy seriously.
